Annette Brown School of Hypnotherapy offers Hypnotherapy Training with a complete programme of accredited training for those looking to forge a new career as a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. The course is based on theory and practice and there is lots of practice. It is vital that you are skilled in hypnotherapy when you begin to work with the public. You will be trained with a full range of skills to enable you to set up your own practice as soon as you have qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. When you have qualified, you will be entitled to registration with the GHR (fees apply) and will be awarded the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP). This gives you professional status and assures potential clients that you are properly trained and registered. Hypnotherapy Training. You will also be invited to join the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council). The CNHC is government supported to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists. CNHC’s register has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
Each student learns practical hypnotherapy skills, it is an essential part of all ABSH hypnosis course. The presentation of hypnotherapeutic techniques will be followed by demonstrations on class students and each student will be required to practice each skill in small groups to gain experience of working with both receptive and resistant subjects. We will practice each training day to take you from being inexperienced to an experienced and confident upcoming practitioner. Practice sessions will always be overseen by myself. You will be provided with everything you need, including a full student course manual, which delivers the core learning of each module and contains core learning material, references and appendices. In addition, you are expected to read extensively and carry out your own independent guided study and research.
This modern, approach to hypnotherapy puts students in a strong position to start a new career or complement their existing therapy practice. My main aim is to enable students to deal safely, confidently and effectively with a wide variety of physical and psychological symptoms. Practical skills training is an essential part of all ABSH hypnotherapy training courses.
